Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. It covers useinverro.com, our booking pages, and any ad lead forms that link to this policy.
Who we are
Inverro is a trading name of The Trade Marketing Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is The Mews House, 103-105 High Street, Watford, WD17 2DQ, United Kingdom. We're the data controller for the information described here. You can contact us about anything in this policy at hello@useinverro.com.
What we collect
Information you give us
When you book a call, fill in a form on our site, or submit an ad lead form (for example on Facebook or Instagram), we may collect:
- Your name, email address and phone number
- Your business name, trade or industry, website and location or service area
- Anything else you choose to tell us, such as your goals or current marketing
Information collected automatically
When you visit our site, our hosting provider and the services we use to load fonts and run our booking calendar may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device and the pages you visit. This is used to deliver the site and keep it secure.
How we use it
- To arrange and hold the call you booked, and to send confirmations and reminders
- To reply to your enquiry and follow up about our services
- To contact you by email, phone call or text message about your enquiry, where you've given us your details for that purpose
- To prepare for your call, for example by looking at your public Google profile, reviews, website and social media
- To deliver our services if you become a client
- To measure and improve our advertising
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations
Under UK and EU data protection law, we rely on your consent, on steps taken at your request before entering a contract, on performing a contract with you, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and marketing our services to businesses.
Text messages and calls
If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your enquiry. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts, or ask us at any time to stop contacting you. We won't share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information and we don't share it for other companies' marketing. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, under agreements that require them to protect it. These include:
- Our CRM and booking provider (HighLevel), which runs our calendar, forms and messaging
- Our website host (Vercel)
- Advertising platforms such as Meta and Google, when you submit one of their lead forms or interact with our ads
- Email, phone and payment providers we use to communicate with you and bill clients
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, or as part of a sale or restructuring of our business.
Cookies
We don't currently use advertising or analytics cookies on this website. Our booking calendar is provided by a third party and may use cookies needed for it to work. If we add advertising or analytics tools in future, we'll update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.
International transfers
We're based in the United Kingdom and some of our service providers are in the United States and elsewhere, so your information may be processed outside the country you live in. Where UK or EU law applies, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy arrangements.
How long we keep it
If you enquire but don't become a client, we keep your details for up to 2 years from our last contact, then delete them. If you become a client, we keep records for as long as we work together and for up to 6 years afterwards for legal and accounting reasons.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Ask what information we hold about you and get a copy of it
- Ask us to correct or delete it
- Object to or restrict how we use it, including for marketing
- Withdraw your consent at any time
- Ask us to transfer it to you or another company
If you live in a US state with its own privacy law, such as California, you have similar rights to know about, correct and delete your information, and the right not to be discriminated against for using them. We don't sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those laws define it.
To use any of these rights, email hello@useinverro.com. We'll respond within one month, or sooner where the law requires. If you're in the UK and unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Security
We use reputable providers and sensible access controls to protect your information. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep your data safe.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
